IT Technician

Salary: $54,080 - 60,320 per year Requirements:

• We require a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred, and technical or vocational coursework is accepted.
• We are looking for 2-4 years of related experience.

• We provide Tier 1 support for Windows 11 PCs, resolving operating system, driver, and application issues.
• We assist with Windows Server 2022/2023 administration, including user account management and basic server upkeep.
• We troubleshoot and maintain Windows Print Server and Kyocera printer setups, including driver installs, print queue handling, and connectivity problems.
• We support Remote Desktop Services for remote users and help maintain secure, reliable access.
• We handle on-call and after-hours support as needed.
• We perform PC builds, imaging, and deployment using tools such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit or Windows Autopilot.
• We install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• We help manage inventory and track assets.
• We support users with the TraceLink data management system.
• We install, update, and troubleshoot enterprise and third-party software.
• We provide basic support for Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• We document solutions in the IT knowledge base for recurring issues.
• We follow ITIL-based incident and request management processes.
• We recommend workflow and help desk process improvements.
• We assist with data transmission support, including EDI, API integrations, and troubleshooting data flow between TraceLink and external systems.
• We help manage SOM Exchange activities related to serialized operations, product serialization data, transaction errors, system alerts, and exception handling.
