INTERIOR & EXTERIOR HOME PAINTING

~Full-time opening for an experienced interior / exterior painter to work in the Northeast Ohio area (Medina, Bath, Wadsworth, Peninsula, Akron etc)

~Must have 2 or more years painting and spraying experience

~Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

~Be authorized to work in the United States

~Must have reliable transportation

~Pay based on experience

~Year-round work

~It is preferable that candidates have a minimum of 2 years or more of consistent quality home painting experience as well as good relationships throughout the Akron and surrounding areas and in the construction industry.

~This position will be compensated with a salary based on experience

~If hired as a supervisor, you are responsible for all aspects of interior painting and spraying lacquer for new construction, supervising job sites and crews, delivering materials when needed and ensuring that company standards are maintained on the job site

The qualified candidate must:

~Be able to interpret a scope of work contract and know basic construction terms on residential and commercial structures

~Work Independently as well as in a team

~Ensure that crews are in uniform and maintain a clean and safe job site

~Manage materials efficiently. Have materials on site on time, maintain and turn in receipts, and work with the project manager to ensure that the project stays on or under budget

~Work with a sense of pride and professionalism in the office and on the job site with the client and the crews

~Walk with the client and project manager at the conclusion of each job to complete touch-ups and a sign-off sheet

~Be detail oriented, an excellent communicator and highly organized

~Be available for overtime and weekend work as necessary

~Willingness to learn and take direction from your foreman and project managers.
