Warehouse Operator - Weekend Days

Work Location: Danvers, Massachusetts Shift: No Department: LS-SC-UADBF Production Material Handling Your Role Handle receiving, shipping, and inter-facility material movement between the off-site warehouse and main plant. Operate box trucks, forklifts, and Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) safely. Perform ERP transactions, inventory records maintenance, and material software operations. Analyze inventory reports (LPNs, Min/Max, Aging, Shortages, Expiring) and execute prompt corrective actions. Coordinate daily workloads and cross-functional communication to maintain efficiency and hit production targets. Troubleshoot and elevate complex inventory or operational issues. Monitor equipment functionality and schedule required maintenance. Strictly adhere to company Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards. Weekend Days: Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver’s License. 1+ years of PIT experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle). Forklift experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Pay Range for this position: $23 - $40 / hour Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
