Executive Chef

We're looking for a true kitchen leader.

This is a hands-on Executive Chef role for someone who loves running a tight, professional kitchen, building a strong team, and putting out food they're proud of every single night.

Italian cuisine experience is essential. You should have a deep understanding of classic techniques, regional dishes, and the discipline required to execute simple food at a very high level, consistently, every service.

Up to $100,000 annual salary with performance-based bonus opportunity.

You'll have real ownership, real support, and the ability to make an impact immediately from the menu to the culture to the consistency.

If you're an experienced chef who knows how to lead, manage costs, develop people, and execute at a high level without ego, we want to talk.

  • 10 hour shift
  • Weekend availability
