Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of Ohio
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, CFY considered
• Previous experience providing pediatric speech and language services, preferably in a school environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and a collaborative approach to student support

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams
