About the Role The Sales Support Analyst role assists with product set-up for key retail accounts, manages the entry process for seasonal bulk orders, and handles seasonal pricing for assigned accounts. Beyond these core responsibilities, the role provides general support across the analytics team, stepping in to close operational gaps during the set-up process. How You’ll Contribute This role owns product data setup and accuracy for key retail accounts (Kohl's, Meijer, JCPenney, FM, Lowe's, Belk, Macys), assigning UPCs/SKUs, entering attributes, configuring pre-packs, and sourcing compliant images. It also supports bulk order entry into the ERP to match seasonal purchases, manages and maintains account pricing lists, builds streamlined entry templates, and audits style master data against source systems (backed by a tool built to automate those checks) to catch mismatches before they propagate. Throughout, it requires close cross-functional collaboration with design, production, marketing, and merch to gather accurate product details. Support in Item Set-Up: Assign UPCs/SKUs to the list of products offered to a specific retailer, ensuring each style/color/size combination is coded correctly before submission Enter product attributes such as description, pricing, and other retailer-required specs so items process correctly Assign pre-pack configurations for retailers where applicable, based on each account's specific pack and ratio requirements Source images for product offerings so items are properly represented, ensuring visuals are accurate and meet each retailer's formatting and quality standards Help enter, and work with customer service to enter, bulk orders into the ERP system that match back to seasonal purchases, so products are included in the buying process Create and manage account pricing lists for key retailers so internal teams know the correct pricing for products offered to specific accounts, keeping lists current as pricing changes or new items are added throughout the season Support the creation and entry of specific styles, pre-pack, price, and quantity information for certain retailers to help build a streamlined entry template Audit internal style master data against source systems to catch attribute mismatches (sizing, color, pricing) before they propagate downstream Develop an internal tool to automate accuracy checks, flagging discrepancies instead of relying on manual review Work cross-functionally with design, production, marketing, and merch to gather all necessary details What you Bring to the Team Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfort working with large data sets across multiple platforms, including Excel, internal systems, and retailer-facing tools Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience building and managing master files and pivot-based reporting used to track products, pricing, and account-level detail Excellent cross-functional communication skills — ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable stories for leadership and external partners Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across accounts and seasons Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, stepping in to support the team wherever gaps arise Health Benefits (Medical, Dental and Vision) Paid Time Off 401(k) Company Paid Holidays Life Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Oved Group
