CNC Operator — Acroturn Industries Tavares, FL

Pay: $25/hour. No benefits. Schedule: Full-time, day shift.

We're a small shop growing fast. We machine parts for the aerospace and space industry.

No experience needed — we'll train the right person. Prior CNC experience is a plus but not required.

What you'll do:

Run CNC machines: load parts, start cycles, check finished pieces
Learn to set up jobs and read basic prints as you go
Keep your machine and work area clean and organized
Work alongside our machinists and shop foreman

What we're looking for:

Smart, capable, good with mechanical things
Motivated to learn and grow with the company
Reliable and shows up on time
Comfortable following safety rules around running machines
Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for a full shift, and work around running machines
Steel-toe safety shoes required
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident (export-controlled work)
