ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of four. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked in software development. I graduated from Polytechnic University of New York and enjoy spending my free time with my family fishing, boating, and jet skiing. Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency regularly participates in local events, and I'm an active member of the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce. I enjoy building relationships with the people and businesses that make our community great. Our agency offers PTO, dental and vision insurance, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in creating an environment where our team members feel supported both personally and professionally. Our office culture is positive, supportive, and built on strong communication. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
