ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of four. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked in software development. I graduated from Polytechnic University of New York and enjoy spending my free time with my family fishing, boating, and jet skiing.

Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency regularly participates in local events, and I'm an active member of the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce. I enjoy building relationships with the people and businesses that make our community great.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Chris D'Amico - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
