Production Technician I

Job Summary As a Production Technician I, you are expected to work in simple and repetitive stations. Every station is Important to deliver what we promise to our customers. Being consistent and someone who Is reliable is important to the success of our company. Much of the work done as a Production Technician I is stationary and will mostly require using your hands to fulfill the task. A Production Tech I will slowly be learning about other stations, learning how everything comes together.

Key Responsibilities  

• Ability to be in one or two repetitive assembly stations. 
• Understand the material requirements for the stations they work at.
• Be efficient and productive doing your task with minimal supervision.
• Understand why the task is being performed that results towards the fi nal product.

Minimum Qualifications  

• Requirements: High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Soft Skills:  
  • Strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of safety procedures
  • Punctual
  • Able to work as a team and alone

  Preferred Experience

• Entry level assembly

• Location: Boulder, CO
• Employment Type: Full-time (40+ hours per week)
• Shift: Typical daytime hours

  Salary and Benefits  

• Base Salary Range:  $20.00 – $21.00 per hour 
• Benefits: Competitive package including Medical, Dental, and Vision plans; 401(k) with company match; and Paid Time Off (PTO).
