Manufacturing Process Technician

Job TitleProcess OperatorJob Description and RequirementsProcess operators will be responsible for the manufacture of Toner and Photoconductor drums from raw materials to finished goods according to established procedures using highly automated equipment. This position is also responsible for collecting samples, recording, and keeping track of the product produced. These roles must have some flexibility to work weekends based on demand and production need. Shift work is non-rotational.Shift schedule:3rd shift hours - 11:00pm - 7:30am (Sunday - Friday)Essential duties and responsibilities:Conduct all tasks in a safe and accurate mannerFlexibility to work in multiple areas as business needs changeProduce quality products according to company procedure and policiesUse a variety of personnel protective equipment as required by positionAdhere to all safety requirements throughout the shift and perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipmentPerform regular cleaning and maintenance of production equipment, work surfaces, and toolsAbility to stand, crouch, lift, push and pull items and equipment of varying weights and sizesEnsure work areas are set for oncoming shifts and properly document daily shift notes for communication to oncoming employeesAssist in maintaining accurate inventory counts of supplies and materials for the manufacturing areasStand-Up and Sit-Down Fork Truck operationCheck email and corporate communications dailyEducation:Minimum High School diploma or GED requiredNo prior experience requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation (hourly compensation and applicable overtime)Comprehensive benefits offerings (including medical, dental, vision, life insurance)Retirement Plan – 401kPaid holidays, personal choice days, and paid time offA culture that offers flexibility and a healthy work-life balance
