Client Services Associate

Our client is seeking to add a Client Services Associate to their firm. They are a small, family-owned investment company managing over $1B in assets that takes pride in providing personalized, high-quality service. The ideal candidate values professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and building trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Position Overview

Responsible for supporting clients and assisting with a variety of administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, professional, and comfortable handling sensitive financial information with the highest level of discretion. Qualifications & Skills

• Core Strengths: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, integrity, and absolute confidentiality.

• Communication: Professional, polished verbal and written communication skills 

• Work Style: Ability to work independently while collaborating closely in a small team; comfortable maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Gmail/Google Workspace, and DocuSign.

• Experience: 4-10 years prior experience in financial services, investment management, or wealth management

• Availability: Must be comfortable working on-site every day.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide exceptional, personalized client service and respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Prepare and issue client statements and other account-related correspondence.
• Process wires and other client transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with account and client documentation.
• Prepare, send, and track documents using DocuSign.
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic and paper files.
• Handle confidential client and company information with the utmost discretion.
• Assist with general office administration and daily operational needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and outside professionals.
• Ensure all work is completed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
