Transition Services SpecialistThe Arc of Ocean County is looking for a compassionate and motivated Transition Services Specialist to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities prepare for successful employment, greater independence, and active participation in their communities.This role blends instruction, mentorship, and community engagement to help individuals develop practical life skills, workplace readiness, and confidence.
