Senior Corporate Recruiter

Our client, a global distribution company , is seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple business functions while serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide guidance throughout the selection process. Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting channels, including job boards, employee referrals, networking, and social media. Maintain and manage candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Extend offers, negotiate compensation within established guidelines, and support onboarding activities. Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring process. Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity and recruiting progress. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions simultaneously. Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing tools. Strong interviewing, assessment, and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
