Green Mountain has exclusively partnered with CBRE to staff our new data center site in Hamar. We need numerous positions within Operations to support what will become Norway’s largest data center. Location: HAMAR (Norway) Description As a CBRE Data Center Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of data center operations. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining service plans, supporting change management, and coordinating vendor and infrastructure readiness. Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules for start-up and ongoing operations, with responsibility for supplier follow-up and infrastructure readiness Plan and coordinate change activities, ensuring alignment with operational plans and minimizing service disruption risks, including facilitation of risk assessments and impact analysis Collect and analyze operational and statistical data to support decision-making and management reporting, as well as prepare dashboards and visual presentations for leadership reviews Identify opportunities for improvement in planning processes and contribute to the implementation of more efficient workflows, standardized procedures, and automation initiatives Ensure all planning and execution comply with applicable health, safety, and environmental standards, while promoting a proactive safety culture internally and with suppliers Maintain clear and structured communication with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to secure a shared understanding of objectives, timelines, and expectations Forecast resource requirements based on service demand and operational trends, coordinating staffing, equipment, and supplier capacity to meet delivery goals Collaborate as part of the wider coordinator team, providing periodic support and coverage to fellow coordinators as required. While the primary focus is supporting the shift team and coordinating its activities, additional responsibilities may be assigned based on operational needs. Your Qualifications Education in logistics or planning, preferably combined with experience in data center operations or planning. Relevant and extensive work experience may compensate for lack of formal education Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with Method of Procedure (MOP) documentation, risk assessment practices and other data center relevant documentation Basic understanding of data center infrastructure, including cooling, power supply, and fire suppression systems Strong language skills in English preferably also Norwegian, written and spoken #J-18808-Ljbffr CBRE Group, Inc.
