It is the foundation of The Memorial Experience.Summary:Cleans and maintains all areas of the Foodservice Department according to safety, sanitation and infection control standards.Responsibilities:Complies with internal policies and procedures, as well as, regulatory requirements/standards regarding kitchen safety and sanitation.May transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas.Regularly collects and disposes of all food related and recyclable waste/trash.Performs warewashing duties per safety guidelines.
