Position Summary This role offers a unique opportunity to combine HR operational expertise with digital transformation, process improvement, and data analytics initiatives. It serves as a key partner in driving operational excellence by ensuring HR data integrity, leveraging analytics to support informed decision‑making, and identifying opportunities for continuous process enhancement. Key Responsibilities HR Data Management & Process Improvement Partner with stakeholders to streamline HR and onboarding processes through automation and technology solutions. Manage client onboarding reference updates and maintain accurate and timely entry of customer and employee data. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Ensure HR data, records, and reporting comply with company standards and applicable federal, state, and provincial regulations. Support internal and external audits through accurate record‑keeping, reporting, and proactive issue resolution. Employee Relations & Investigations Partner with HR leadership to manage the full lifecycle of employee relations matters and workplace investigations. Conduct thorough fact‑finding, documentation, tracking, and reporting of employee concerns and complaints. Ensure investigations are handled consistently, objectively, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Provide recommendations to leadership to mitigate risk and support positive employee outcomes. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters. HR Operations Execute core HR Generalist responsibilities, including employee support for both contractor and direct‑hire employee populations. Assist with policy interpretation, compliance matters, and HR‑related inquiries. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that improve service delivery and employee experience. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience 2-4 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist, Business Analyst, or related HR roles. Experience supporting a high‑volume, fast‑paced work environment. Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters and investigations. Exposure to contractor workforce management, staffing, or professional services environments is a plus. Technical Skills Experience with HR systems, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong working knowledge of HRIS and Onboarding platforms, reporting tools, and data analytics. Compensation We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position offers a salary rate of $60,000-85,000, though Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
