Work Environment This role is 100% remote, allowing our counselors the flexibility to deliver exceptional care to clients from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining a strong connection with the team. We utilize state-of-the-art technology to support our practices including secure telehealth platforms for therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. Our office structure also supports collaboration and communication among team members, even in a virtual setting. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adolescents, children, and adults, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the clients' needs. Conduct full evaluations and screenings to diagnose mental health disorders, followed by the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans. Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and group therapy sessions that employ discussion, education, and peer feedback to foster healing in collaborative settings. Maintain proficient documentation practices utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure all client interactions are recorded as per regulatory standards. Coordinate multi-systemic support by collaborating with families, educational personnel, and community agencies to enhance the effectiveness of treatment plans. Participate in regular clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with agency policies and to support your professional development. Apply principles of Trauma Informed Care (TIC) in practice to promote safety, choice, and empowerment for all clients. Stay current with training and continued education opportunities to enhance skills and remain compliant with licensure requirements. Patient Population / Client Focus This role primarily focuses on a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, families, and individuals facing various mental health challenges. Our counselors are committed to understanding the unique cultural, linguistic, and developmental needs of each client, facilitating an environment of acceptance and support where clients feel safe to express themselves and work through their challenges. Qualifications Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Current independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to practice in your state. Proficient in the use of computer applications, specifically navigating EHR and other digital platforms for documentation and communication. Demonstrates strong communication skills, both oral and written, to ensure effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues. Capacity to manage a sizeable caseload with a focus on providing high-quality client care. Preferred Experience Experience working with children and families in clinical settings. History of facilitating group therapy or psychoeducational sessions. Familiarity with community resources and referral systems for mental health services. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
