Corporate Associate – Capital Markets & Public Companies Our client, a leading international law firm with a highly regarded technology and life sciences practice, is seeking a mid-to-senior level Corporate Associate to join its Capital Markets & Public Companies group. Key Qualifications: 4–6 years of corporate experience Experience advising public companies and/or investment banks Strong background in SEC compliance, disclosure, corporate governance, and exchange matters Capital markets transactional experience, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings Experience representing issuers and/or investment banks Technology and/or life sciences industry experience or interest preferred Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be barred or eligible to sit/waive into the bar in the applicable office location Work Arrangement: Hybrid Base Salary: $310,000–$390,000, depending on experience and qualifications Additional Compensation: Discretionary performance bonus may be available #J-18808-Ljbffr Stonegate Workforce Group
