Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Model N Validata and managed care contracting to support a high-profile initiative through January 2027. This individual will act as a liaison between business users and the project team, providing guidance, answering questions, and helping drive project success. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a consultative approach, professional presence, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization. The role is primarily remote with limited travel requirements.

Skills and Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Model N Validata (required)

• Experience supporting managed care contracting processes

• Proven Business Analyst experience gathering requirements and supporting business users

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor between business and project teams

• Comfortable leading discussions, answering user questions, and providing guidance on processes and system functionality

• Must be able to work Eastern Time hours

• Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environments

• Strong professional presence with a consultative, client-facing personality
