Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Active and valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Experience with pediatric patients or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering students’ growth and developmental progress
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to support student language, articulation, fluency, and social skills
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to enhance student outcomes
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and school initiatives as needed
