Director of Clinical Operations (RN)

Elevate the standard of home care in DFW. Care Crew Home Care is hiring a Director of Clinical Operations. Our mission is to bring a clinical perspective to non-medical home care, so aging adults and their families get more than companionship and task completion. They get care guided by sound clinical judgment. You would lead that work day to day. This role is for an RN who wants real ownership and a direct hand in shaping how an agency delivers care, not another task-based nursing position. What you'll do: Lead daily operations and own the client and family experience from start of care onward Review and sign off on care plans and direct clinical delegation within RN scope, for Care Crew staff and select partner facilities Oversee scheduling and coverage to prevent gaps in care before they reach a client Manage our PRN RN panel, including their assignments and clinical oversight Coach caregivers on advanced clinical skills and reinforce best practices in the field Serve as Alternate Administrator, supporting regulatory and operational compliance Respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of our on-call coverage Represent Care Crew with referral partners and in the community as opportunities arise You’ll report directly to the founders and act as their clinical and operational counterpart when they aren't available, escalating only the judgment calls that truly need them. What we’re looking for: Leadership, management, or business development experience in a healthcare or home care setting Strong clinical judgment and the confidence to make decisions independently Eligibility to serve as Alternate Administrator for a Texas home care agency Professional presence and strong communication skills Preferred: home care, hospice or home health experience; experience supervising nursing or caregiving staff; familiarity with dementia care.
