Maintenance Specialist I 2nd Shift Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location 6100 Harris Parkway Fort. Worth, TX 76132 Work hours Monday through Friday, 3PM to 11:30PM, on-call rotation This will require coverage for our Clearfork location as needed. Department highlights The hospital is experiencing significant growth, with ongoing expansion across multiple departments. Diploma or Equivalent required. 3 Years experience required in a commercial or industrial environment. 1 Year experience in a healthcare environment highly preferred. Knowledge with chilled water systems, pneumatic tube stations, computerized maintenance systems, HVAC, and general plumbing. Knowledge of fire alarms, life safety systems and inspections of fire alarm devices. Knowledge of emergency generators and related equipment. Driver's License upon hire required. Other Healthcare maintenance certification upon hire preferred. Responsibilities Provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support for hospital, hospital equipment, and hospital properties utilizing the computerized maintenance management system. Perform the duties of skill trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, and exterior maintenance as required. Provide technical support and general guidance to facility staff in the repair and operation of facility equipment, components, utilities, and the like. Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs, education opportunities, and related training.
