Surgery - Plastic Physician Assistant

Seeking a motivated, skilled, full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics team in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.


This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care across reconstructive, cosmetic, and aesthetic services in a supportive, community-based healthcare environment.

Role Overview & Responsibilities:

• Lead outpatient clinic care for patients with cosmetic, reconstructive, and dermatologic concerns
• Evaluate patients through focused histories, physical exams, and aesthetic assessments
• Diagnose and manage conditions related to skin health, aesthetics, wound care, and post-surgical recovery
• Perform and assist with in-office procedures, including:
  • Injectables (Botox, fillers)
  • Laser treatments
  • Minor excisions and biopsies
  • Wound care and suture removal
• First assist in the operating room as credentialed
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team
• Manage pre- and post-operative care , including orders, prescriptions, and follow-up
• Educate patients on skincare, procedures, and recovery expectations
• Document care accurately and efficiently in Epic
• Contribute to a team-based, patient-centered environment , including quality initiatives and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Master s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Current or eligible licensure in Minnesota:
  • NP (with prescriptive authority) or PA
• Board certification:
  • ANCC or AANP (NP)
  • NCCPA (PA)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetics preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Interest in serving a rural and diverse patient population

• Salary Range: $130K-$145K
