Role Description The Sales Operations Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Milwaukee, WI. This position supports the sales organization by managing sales data, maintaining CRM records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate order entry and documentation. The specialist collaborates with sales representatives, customer service, and operations teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and facilitate timely responses to customer inquiries. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales metrics, assisting with quotes and proposals, coordinating internal approvals, and supporting continuous improvement of sales operations tools and workflows. The role also involves contributing to customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth communication and efficient follow-through on sales activities. Qualifications Strong operational support skills, including managing sales processes, documentation, and CRM or similar systems. Analytical skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and identify trends or process improvement opportunities. Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with business process improvement and a focus on optimizing workflows within sales or operations environments. Commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to support timely, accurate, and professional service. Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
