Project Management Lead - Capital Upgrade Program

Responsibilities Support the Global Tech Ops function in the implementation and management of the Global Critical Infrastructure Program. Partner with design consultants, construction managers, and OEM partners to ensure alignment to specifications. Review and advise on design packages for critical infrastructure replacements. Validate technical solutions against global standards and operational requirements. In collaboration with Regional Operations teams, provide risk assessments and recommendations for at‑risk asset replacement. Coordinate infrastructure upgrade technical reviews and critical asset approvals. Collaborate with Supply Chain, DC&E (Design, Engineering & Construction), Solutions Engineering and Portfolio Operations to ensure proper decisions around equipment selection. Collaborate with internal and external teams to evaluate new infrastructure technologies for feasibility and deployment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Facilities Engineering (or equivalent experience) 10+ years in data center infrastructure, critical systems, or facilities engineering and construction Strong understanding of power systems, cooling technologies, and building automation Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills PMP Certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
