Job Title: Orthodontic Sterilization Technician
Location: Chandler and Tempe
Job Type: Full-time
About Us: We are a busy, patient-focused orthodontic practice committed to providing high-quality care in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Sterilize and disinfect orthodontic instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines
Maintain organization and cleanliness of sterilization and clinical areas
Monitor and log sterilization cycles and equipment performance
Assist clinical staff with instrument setup and breakdown
Ensure proper handling and disposal of biohazard materials
Maintain inventory of sterilization supplies
Qualifications:
Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
Knowledge of infection control procedures is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
