Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract role begins as soon as possible and runs through May 25, 2027, providing you with the chance to build relationships and positively impact students’ communication skills throughout the school year. You’ll work onsite on a full-time schedule, helping students unlock their potential in a supportive educational environment.

Desired Background & Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license required
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Skilled in the assessment and intervention of speech/language disorders for middle school students
• Collaborative approach to working with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for speech, voice, language, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Document student progress and consult with educators, staff, and parents
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions onsite, serving a diverse middle school caseload
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development
