• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience, EPIC EHR experience, IV start skills
• Additional Requirements: Previous travel experience preferred, may be asked to float between units

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $62.47/hr
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do

• Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring patients and new mothers
• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, progress, and health status
• Assist with labor management, including IV starts, medication administration, and patient education
• Prepare and assist with deliveries while ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC EHR
• Respond to patient needs and provide comfort measures throughout labor and delivery

What You Need

• Ohio Registered Nurse license (or eligible for licensure in Ohio)
• At least 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
• Strong IV start skills and prior EPIC EHR experience
• Ability to work night shifts and float as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
