Secondary Marketing Analyst

Role Description

The Secondary Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing a variety of analytical projects across several departments.

• Secure and manage rate locks for a large pipeline of loans from multi production channels.
• Coordinate wire requests with various warehouse providers for mortgage loan disbursements.
• Analyze various pricing scenarios to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with various program requirements.
• Monitor warehouse lines to ensure adequate capacity for company funding needs.
• Report on various production benchmarks and SLAs.
• Ad hoc reporting as needed by senior management.
• Other assigned duties as requested.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Mathematics or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate rapidly with competing priorities by phone and in writing.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid decision-making skills with ability to display professionalism towards both internal and external clients.
• Strong time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mortgage experience required.
