The position offers both full-time (37.5 hours/week) and part-time schedules, making it an excellent fit for professionals seeking flexibility. Caseloads for full-time candidates include up to 65 students, and you'll work across one or two school sites, ensuring you have the chance to build meaningful relationships with students and staff alike. The assignment runs for the 2025-2026 school year, with the option to start sooner if preferred.


Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current state licensure (or the eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Experience providing speech therapy support in educational settings-schools experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads effectively

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
• Provide direct therapy services and consultative support to students individually and in group settings
• Document progress and maintain accurate records as required by district and state guidelines
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educational staff to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and professional development as assigned
