SHIFTS / AVAILABILITY

Shift Period	19:00 07:30
Days	3 x 12-hour shifts rotating

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor maternal and foetal well-being using EFM throughout active labour
Assist with vaginal deliveries and operative obstetric procedures
Administer oxytocin, tocolytics, and epidural support medications per protocol
Respond to obstetric emergencies including shoulder dystocia and cord prolapse
Complete delivery and postpartum documentation in the EMR

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
BLS and NRP certifications current
Minimum 2 years L&D RN experience
Electronic foetal monitoring proficiency

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

RNC-OB certification
High-risk obstetrics experience
