People Operations Specialist

As a full-time remote People Operations Specialist, the successful candidate will manage employee lifecycle processes, provide HR systems support, and drive operational excellence while collaborating with a global team to enhance people operations. Key responsibilities Provide expert administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance management Act as first-line support for HRIS inquiries, identifying automation opportunities and assisting with system upgrades Investigate and resolve people operations issues, contributing recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains Required qualifications Proven experience in resolving complex HR challenges in a dynamic environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data for reporting and improvements Experience with Trinet or similar co-employment platforms; familiarity with HiBob is a plus Proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort in learning new tools quickly Experience with ticketing systems, document management, or compliance processes
