Our culture promotes authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and a passion for exceptional care for every patient.Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy - Outpatient OrthopedicIvy Rehab & Hospital for Special Surgery Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency ProgramPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS/ADMISSIONS CRITERIA:Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy ProgramActive PT licensure in current state of practice, prior to Residency start dateEmployed as a Full-time Therapist for at least 3 months by Ivy Rehab Network, prior to the program start date.Required membership in associated professional organization by the start of the residencyCommitment to successfully completing all program requirements including independent studyCommitment to taking the ABPTS Orthopedic Clinical Specialist exam at earliest eligibilityCommitment to a minimum of two years of continued employment at Ivy Rehab, post-graduation from programPROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:Completion of all required didactic modules (300+ hours)Completion of all assessments, logs and formsCompletion of Live Patient ExaminationsSatisfactory completion of all skills listsPassing of all required quizzesSatisfactory completion of required presentationsCompletion of case report abstractCompletion of Residency Special ProjectCompletion of 150 mentor hoursComplete a minimum of 1,500 patient care hours during residency yearAttendance and participation in all scheduled residency education eventsSatisfactory achievement of all resident core competenciesFINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS:Program Tuition: $5,500This can be paid in full -or- over a 1- or 2- year payment plan through paycheck deductionsAs a full-time employee of Ivy Rehab, each program participant will maintain their salary commensurate with hours worked/week and maintain their benefits during the length of the program2-year employment commitment post-graduation to satisfy the financial investment Ivy contributes to each participantWHO IS IVY REHAB?At Ivy Rehab, you are not just an employee - you are a valued TEAMMATE!Join our dedicated team at Ivy Rehab and come together to provide patients with access to world-class care and outcomes for those in need of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.
