Description

Maintenance is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of all branch locations. This includes performing regular and preventive maintenance duties, repairing equipment, and handling seasonal tasks.


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of branch facilities.
• Ensure all equipment functions correctly and safely.
• Address any maintenance issues promptly to prevent disruptions.
• Develop and follow a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Conduct regular checks to identify potential issues before they become problems.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.

• Perform snow removal and de-icing during winter months.
• Handle landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and planting during warmer months.
• Ensure seasonal tasks are completed in a timely manner to maintain branch safety and appearance.
• Perform painting tasks as needed to maintain the appearance of branch locations.
• Ensure all painting is done to a high standard and in accordance with safety regulations.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
• Handle basic electrical tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing wiring issues, and installing outlets.
• Ensure all plumbing and electrical work is done safely and in compliance with regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Complete annual DOT physical exam.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in basic plumbing and electrical work.

• Effective communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capability to work in various weather conditions.
