Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored recommendations on various financial products.

Portfolio Management : Develop and manage individual financial plans that align with customers future financial goals.

Product Offering : Recommend appropriate insurance and investment products tailored to customers needs.

Compliance : Ensure all customers communications and transactions comply with State Farm policies and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about market trends, financial regulations, and new product offerings to provide the most current information to customers.

Relationship Building : Foster long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.

Collaboration : Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and share best practices.

Licensing : Active FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 or 7 or ChFC licenses are required.

Education : Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience : Proven experience in financial advisory or a similar role.

Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide comprehensive insights.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts.
