We’re looking for a Executive Presentation Specialist & Visual Designer in our Denver, Colorado office. Opening Date: 24/06/2026End Date: 10/07/2026Play a lead role as part of a team of specialist designers whose purpose is to deliver online, print and presentation production for the Company. Directly responsible for support to the CEO office and the US locationsAssist the Office of the CEO in taking briefs and conceptualising, designing and delivering creative outputDelivering on-brand solutions that meet the brief in the agreed timescalesGiven the level of visibility across the organization, strong judgement, ownership mindset and absolute discretion are essential.Responsible for ensuring that they deliver on the needs of the wider Internal Communications communityKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESAbility to understand client briefs and create concepts, artwork design and oversight of the execution and outputCreation of original on-brand artwork assets for others in the team to utiliseCreation of original on-brand presentation materials and templates (slides)Ensure a consistent quality of design is applied to every briefDeliver design activity on the team’s behalf, for senior stakeholders across all business areasProvide solutions spanning the full range of graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and presentation, motion and video, and AI-assisted design tools)Strong focus on collaborating and working effectively across the creative arts function, with partner functions and with business stakeholdersDevelop and maintain strong relationships and produce clear briefs that include key objectives, clear budget figures and communication activitiesAbility to manage, deliver and assist across all creative disciplinesAbility to deputise for the Chief of Staff or Director, Office of the CEO, in receiving briefs, responding to stakeholder and overseeing creative output, when requiredUse AI tools to accelerate concepting, drafting and production, while safeguarding brand consistency, factual accuracy, and data confidentialityDesign for modern formats, including motion graphics, short-form video, social and digital-first content, and data visualization and infographicsWe tend to look for people who:Are eager to grow their career and demonstrate strong ownership, initiative, and a desire to step upAre curious, proactive, and confident working with stakeholders across different teams and levelsCommunicate clearly and concisely, with the ability to tailor messaging for senior audiencesHave strong attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality outputsAre comfortable managing multiple priorities and taking accountability for deliveryAct with integrity and handle confidential information with discretionWhat’s in it for you?A high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and decision-makingThe opportunity to take ownership and lead meaningful workstreamsOpportunity to build relationships with a team of specialist designers across the organization whose purpose is to deliver online, print and presentation production for the CompanyAccess to mentorship and development within a high-performing, supportive teamKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEPREFERRED EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:Highly proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and presentation software (PowerPoint and Keynote), with working knowledge of AI-assisted creative toolsExtensive experience selecting and managing suppliersExtensive experience taking client briefs, storyboarding ideas and producing original design contentA degree or HND in Visual Communications (Design)Need to be flexible and willing to work outside of office hours to attend events as and when requiredProven experience of working effectively with senior stakeholdersExperience of working with diverse and geographically dispersed audiencesDemonstrable experience of working to the highest standards and with attention to details while working under tight deadlinesSKILLS & ABILITIES:Stakeholder management at a senior level (6-8) to provide a consultative approach, with influencing skills to deliver outstanding designExperience in designing and creating original assets and templatesCalm under the pressure of tight deadlinesSelf-managing, able to work with minimal guidance and supportResilient to changing needs and evolving plansAn understanding of latest trends and best practices and the ability to incorporate within Liberty Global’s design strategyExcellent interpersonal skills – able to forge effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business at all levelsOptimizes relationships with suppliers and external agencies to drive resultsCreating and influencing strategic responses to long-term projects and high impact one-off events to drive efficiency in spend, growth and reputationFluency with AI design tools to augment performanceWorking knowledge of motion graphics, short-form video, UX/UI principles and data visualizationWhat’s in it for you?
