Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. As an Executive Sourcer, you play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier executive talent across functions. You will identify, engage, and build relationships with senior-level and executive talent across a range of business functions. You’ll partner closely with executive recruiters and leadership stakeholders to define talent profiles, conduct market research, and develop targeted sourcing strategies for leadership hiring initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping executive pipelines, delivering talent insights, and helping drive long-term succession and organizational planning efforts. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
