Job Description Location: 13401 Park Lake Dr, Tampa, FL, USA As a Leasing Professional, you’ll manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing prospective residents to completing lease documentation and move‑in procedures. Your direct interaction with prospective and current residents is key to our success. Compensation and Incentives Base pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour 20 % rent discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly) Employee Referral Program – up to $750 per referral Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D Insurance, Long/Short‑Term Disability 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off: 10 holidays per year, sick leave Schedule Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: Schedule subject to change based on business needs What We’ll Expect from You Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff. Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
