At Lokal Eatery & Bar, we believe great food starts with great people. We are seeking passionate, hardworking, and career-driven Line Cooks to join our culinary team at one of Jersey City's premier waterfront restaurants.

What You'll Do- Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
- Prepare and cook food according to chef specifications and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in your station
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team during service
- Assist with prep work, inventory management, and daily kitchen operations
- Follow all food safety and health department regulations
- Minimum 2 year of professional kitchen experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
