Family Counselor

To support families in navigating senior living options, the remote Family Advisor will conduct discovery conversations, guide clients through the search process, and manage a lead pipeline while meeting sales performance expectations in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities: Conduct discovery conversations to uncover the unique needs of families seeking senior living options Guide families through the referral process and provide follow-up support to ensure satisfaction Manage leads in the pipeline effectively while consistently meeting sales goals and performance metrics Required qualifications: 3+ years of documented sales success in a metrics-driven environment, preferably in telephone sales Experience with high call volume, ideally managing 100-150 calls per day Familiarity with CRM systems, with prior HubSpot experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English is ideal Previous experience in the senior care industry is preferred
