Job Description

Job Summary:
Join the Wild Wing Cafe team as a Server/To Go staff member in a cool and upbeat atmosphere. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, and a guest-oriented mindset to guide guests through our menu and suggestively sell food and beverages.

Qualifications:
- Positive attitude
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn the computer system/POS navigation
- Knowledge and comprehension of beer, wine, and spirits
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility and availability to work AM, PM, and weekend shifts
- Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:
- Guide guests through the menu and suggestive selling
- Perform a variety of side work tasks
- Learn the computer system/POS navigation
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Handle monetary transactions accurately

Additional Information:
- Open interviews on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2 PM - 4 PM.
- Bring documents to complete the Form I-9 if selected after the interview (passport, driver's license, and Social Security card).
