The role reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and requires 1 year of experience (entry level). Responsibilities Verify direct cost vendor invoices in compliance with department/company standards. Assist with reconciling vendor statements to the accounts payable sub‑ledger. Maintain Accounts Payable and Overhead email folders. Respond to vendor inquiries and, when necessary, escalated to Accounts Payable Clerk II. Prepare checks for mailing. Complete special projects assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager. Qualifications 1 year of experience. Entry level.
