Employee Relations Manager

Position Type: Full-time, 6-Month Contract Description: Our client is currently seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, 6-Month Contract position. Responsibilities Include: Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, workplace conflict, investigations, grievances, discipline, and terminations. Lead end-to-end workplace investigations, including interviews, evidence review, findings, reporting, and recommendations. Advise and coach managers on performance management, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and difficult employee conversations. Interpret, apply, and develop HR policies while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve sensitive workplace issues and mitigate organizational risk. Track employee relations trends, maintain case documentation, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements. Develop and deliver training on workplace policies, performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 7+ years of employee relations experience, including workplace investigations and policy interpretation. Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices. Experience with investigations, performance management, progressive discipline, and employee relations documentation. Proficiency with HRIS and case management systems. Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle confidential matters.
