Vertiv - - Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch all service events between Customer Engineers or Service Partners for an assigned territory; Lead by example and drive accountability to achieve Operational Key Results; Monitor regional scheduling team and report statuses and action plans weekly to the Manager, Customer Relationship Services; Coach/mentor team members and address performance issues; Handle escalated scheduling issues within the region and assist Customer Success Management and Coordinated Services scheduling
