Laundry Attendant

As a Laundry Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards our guests expect. You'll be in charge of washing, drying, and folding linens, ensuring that each item meets our quality standards, inventory of all linens. You'll sort linens by color, weight, and fabric type, and operate the machines with precision. We value your attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Must be able to work weekends. This is a part-time position depending on occupancy and demand at the hotel. Responsibilities: • Sort the linens, treat any stains, and load the laundry into the washer with the specified cleaning agents. • Perform regular cleaning and basic upkeep of laundry equipment, reporting maintenance needs promptly. • Support other areas of the hotel as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team. • Perform additional laundry services when necessary. • Take wet, clean items and dry as directed. Qualifications: • Flexible availability is a must. • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 pounds as needed. Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
