Job Description:


- Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level?
- We are seeking a passionate Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee the delivery of dialysis care and make a significant impact on patients' lives.
- In this pivotal role, you will:
- Provide exceptional education and support to patients.
- Supervise and collaborate with Dialysis Technicians.
- Adjust treatment plans based on standing orders and care plans.
- Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications.
- Participate in exciting quality improvement projects.
- Work closely with a dedicated care team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists.
- This is a dynamic, chronic in-center position covering our beautiful peninsula locations, with a flexible schedule to work any day from Monday to Saturday.
- Your main coverage will be in Anacortes, Whidbey Island, and occasionally Smokey Point.

Licensure & Certification:


- Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license.
- Current CPR certification with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card from the American Heart Association.

Experience:


- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
- Previous dialysis experience is a must.
- Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing is preferred.

Location & Hours:


- This role covers 3 clinic locations: Anacortes, Whidbey Island, and Smokey Point.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts (AM/PM) based on staffing and operational needs.

Shift Information:


- Enjoy 10-13 hour shifts in both AM and PM timeframes.
