This role serves as a key connector across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Operations, Creative, Technology, and Compliance teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. This person brings program management and operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to execute and influence outcomes across the enterprise - operating with autonomy and accountability with support from leadership.This is a hybrid role based out of either our Charlotte, NC or Wilmington, DE office.Key ResponsibilitiesLead execution of direct mail campaigns from campaign planning through production, deployment, and post-launch review.Translate approved marketing strategies into actionable campaign plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Coordinate across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Creative, Technology, Operations, and Compliance to drive campaign readiness and execution.Partner with Marketing and Analytics to operationalize audience selection, segmentation, suppression criteria, offers, and test designs.Coordinate creative development, reviews, approvals, and campaign-specific production activities to ensure campaigns meet required mail dates.Conduct campaign QA and validation to ensure audiences, offers, creative, and campaign specifications are executed accurately.Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and issues that could impact campaign timing, accuracy, customer experience, or compliance.Coordinate test-and-learn initiatives and partner with Analytics to measure results and incorporate learnings into future campaigns.Lead regular forums to communicate campaign progress, risks, decisions, and upcoming milestones across stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve direct mail campaign workflows, controls, and execution processes.Qualifications2-3 years of marketing, program management, campaign management, direct marketing, or related experience along with a relevant Bachelor's degree.Experience managing complex marketing initiatives from planning through execution.Direct mail, direct-response marketing, or campaign production experience preferred.Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced, deadline-driven campaigns.Experience coordinating across creative, analytics, marketing, operations, technology, and other cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data, targeting requirements, and performance metrics.Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work with all levels of management.Excel at fostering collaboration and influencing outcomes across cross-functional partners.Financial services, lending, and/or credit card marketing experience is a plus.Experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, and other control functions in a regulated environment is a plus.This is a hybrid role based out of either our Charlotte, NC or Wilmington, DE office.Who we AreOneMain Financial (NYSE: OMF) is the leader in offering nonprime customers responsible access to credit and is dedicated to improving the financial well-being of hardworking Americans.
