Should be able to interpret data models and usage of data modeling tools (ERWIN etc) 2. Knowledge on new features of the product and performance tuning 3. Working knowledge on some RDBMS 4. Gather business requirements, elicit technical requirements, prepare report specifications 6. Design, develop MSTR reports and integration with enterprise portals, mobile integration, write back to source data based on analysis by the business users, alerts via email, mobiles based on predefined events 7. Identify and design common functionality 8. Unit, Integration test the developed components 9. Promote components across dev, test and production environments 10. Provide UAT and Implementation support Role Description: • Provide support and expertise to the business community to assist with better utilization of Business Intelligence tools and IT solutions, for competitive advantage measures. • Work with project lead and business users to understand requirements, conduct analysis and recommend solution options • Translate customer project requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for BI reports and applications. • Contribute to and support the organization’s Business Intelligence strategy • Development and deployment of BI Solutions • Work with internal resources during development phases to ensure appropriate knowledge transfer; • Develop, implement and maintain test strategies and plans • Participate in data governance for Organization’s core source systems to ensure reporting requirements can be met • Assist in the development of database and development standards POSITION: 2 Need MSTR Architect Full Time Permanent Job Description:- 1. Hands-on development/maintenance experience in Microstrategy 9.3, Knowledge/Experience on enterprise portal integration, mobile integration, write back to source data based on analysis by business users, alerts via mail, mobile based on pre-defined events 3. Be able to architect solutions on MSTR platform 4. Good conceptual knowledge and working experience on meta data creation, creating report specifications, integration test planning & testing, unit test planning & testing, UAT & implementation support 5.
