Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst

Job TitleSupervises, plans, and directs the work of branch Business Process Analysts (BPAs) as it relates to local and Enterprise system and functional support for the Order Fulfillment functions.Reviews and implements Order Management Policy and Procedures.Provides advice and discusses policy change/modifications and their impact on the system functions with higher authorities and management of other Directorates.Provides end-user support for Enterprise Business Support (EBS) Order management systems and their interfaces within SAP.Oversees the initiation, prioritization and implementation of Order Management System Change Requests (SCRs) and Service Tickets.Generates written reports, studies and briefings for Senior Management on Order Management specific issues and topics.Assists the Enterprise management in the development and measurement of Order Management specific metrics and objectives.
